- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆August 13, 2019, by Cameron Brownwould give 0 stars if I could. I purchased a modem from Daron Jan 2017, and it stopped omitting a wi-fi signal on a consistent basis. It took him 6 weeks to get the modem, and then he refused to bring it to me, unless I paid for a service visit. He claimed he had called when he was close by (but i thoroughly checked my phone records, and he DID NOT), and would drop it off. I will likely have to drive to pick it up. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER THE SALE
