  I used Spiers Plumbing for years with 2 houses.. My last experience was my last. I had a sewer backup.They had problems with their equipment,drug muck through the two rooms and up the carpeted stairs,out the door over the front porch and across the lawn They were sorry for to being able to fix it and did not charge me. However, the muck they drug out of the 150 feet of sewage was so much and so bad we could not breath. The original sewer backup was not that bad and confined to one small area. We had to have disaster cleanup clean up the mess. The company we called to fix it found the drop in the sewer pipe 34 ft out not 150ft. I called Spiers and told them they had responsibility for the muck drug around and I had photos to prove it was from the pipe because it left the black stain from the pipe on the cement.They were "going to talk to the owner about it" They did nothing. Disaster Cleanup bill was $2300.00. They tend to be expensive on a good day. GET BIDS!
